Always Anna

… no, not a D*ck in a Box. 

Last week, I received a little pen holder from the promo item vendor that I work with.  It has two sections, each with space for a 2″x3″ photo.  At first I was stumped.  What could I put in these little photo spaces?  I don’t have kids (thank god) or pets (although I’m working on it).  It would be WAY too cheesy to put photos of my BF in there.  And I don’t have small enough photos of my girls to fit in there.  What to do?  What to do?

Then – while working late last night – it hit me.  Who did I want to look at ALL the time?

Yeah, you guessed it:

Brett and Matt. 

Now, whenever I’m feeling stressed out, I just look over at my pens and smile lovingly.  It’s like I’m back in junior high, with photos of celebs adorning the walls of my bedroom and locker. 

I’m loving it.

I am supposed to be doing some work right now… but I’m in blogging withdrawal and can’t focus!  So, here I am, wasting valuable minutes that I will surely have to make up later today.  All to come here and say… I am pulling an Alexis, and not going to tell you the complete fun and crazy story that I have been saving since the first weekend in November. 

But wait, you cry!  I must know!  What happened that was so fabulous and funny and freaky?  Well, I don’t want to leave y’all with blog blue balls (so to speak), I will give you a one-sentence synopsis:

Accompanied by the BF and two CRAZY (in a good way) friends, in one action-packed weekend I got to experience three firsts: my first trip to Niagara Falls, my first live pro-football game (my beloved Packers at Buffalo), and my first glimpse of Brett Favre (in real life). 

Although I’m not going to share the entire story, I am going to let you check out how awesome we are, popping our booties as we tailgate:
