I can’t deal with this much hotness.

For it’s 2oth anniversary issue of “The Sexiest Man of the Year,” People Magazine named Matt. And ohmilord, I am drooling on my keyboard.

“My rule is to break one sweat a day,” says McConaughey, “whether that’s going for a run, whether that’s dancing, whether that’s loving – just break a sweat a day.”

I volunteer to be the sweat he breaks today. And tomorrow. And FOREVER.

I’ll be running out to buy this issue immediately.
